BUILDING AN ARMY OF LEADERS
Building an Army of Leaders: Creating Winning Environments at Work, School, and in Life
Ryan Stream’s story didn’t start in the spotlight — it started in survival mode. He slept in a homeless shelter, bounced between foster homes, and lost his mother to suicide. After being adopted by a teacher and a police officer, he still faced mountains to climb. He went from homecoming king to battling addiction and being arrested 12 times. Then, through unshakable faith, relentless grit, and a refusal to quit, he fought his way back.
Today, Ryan is one of the most in‑demand motivational speakers in the nation. He has delivered over 500 keynotes across 32 states — from corporate powerhouses to schools, prisons, and national conferences — and has even headlined international events.
He is a TEDx speaker, a best‑selling author of four books, and an award‑winning musician who performs rap, country, and piano. His music videos have been viewed millions of times worldwide, blending powerful lyrics with emotional visuals that leave a lasting impact.
But Ryan is far more than an entertainer. He is a two‑time U.S. Army veteran, a multi‑business entrepreneur, and a man who turned failure into fuel. After failing college four times, he went back and graduated with honors, made the Dean’s List, and was inducted into the National Society of Leadership. He helped Utah Valley University raise 1.8 million dollars in scholarships for students — proving he doesn’t just speak about leadership, he builds it.
On his first deployment to Afghanistan, 23 of the 32 soldiers in his unit were wounded and one was killed in action. Ryan came home carrying PTSD, injuries, and learning challenges — and still deployed again. When life knocked him flat, he rebuilt from the ground up.
Ryan’s signature framework, The 5 C’s of Legendary Leadership — Choice, Clarity, Consistency, Connection, and Courage — empowers people to rise above excuses, lead with purpose, and create winning environments in their schools, workplaces, and homes. His workshops are not just lectures; they are experiences packed with actionable tools, music, and moments that ignite transformation.
If you are looking for a speaker who stands still and recites a script, Ryan is not your guy. If you are looking for a life‑changing event filled with energy, music, and a message that sparks action long after the lights go down, Ryan Stream is the speaker you cannot afford to miss.
“You can be crushed, broken, and hit rock bottom… but I’ve been there. And I know — rock bottom is the perfect place to rebuild.”
